New members with no CrossFit experience must begin with our Foundations month. The month begins with 5 one on one CrossFit Foundations classes. These session are scheduled between you and one of our coaches at your convenience. In each of these classes, athletes are instructed on CrossFit Foundational movements, and then put through a workout. After completing the intro classes, athletes can attend an unlimited number of group classes for the rest of the month.
Experienced CrossFitters are not required to go through our intro month and are welcome to drop-in to any of our class times for a free trial!
